15 years ago I found a guitar in my Dad's attic. The 1st song I ever learned was Dee by Randy Rhoads. I haven't put the guitar down since. Here is an updated version of Dee. I hope you enjoy it! Thanks @OzzyOsbourne for the inspiration❤️

@RoyRogers_HTMS Interesting idea/technique but unnecessary. Trying to create a specific natural resonance tone at one particular note? What happens when you play notes keys that confilct? Dissonance. Ideal is to have the most vibration of the top at any frequency for total string tension 150lbs

@RoyRogers_HTMS Definetely a thick nitrocellulose lacquer exposed to temperature change prior to some buckle-rash. As for if that was intentional or not..?🤔 Looks recliced to me.

@suhgeyshuhs @RoyRogers_HTMS I would agree with you. That happend to my pre-1965 Country King. Pre-1965ish instruments were finished with nitrocellulose lacquer(brittle when aged) Mine was exposed to temperature change and "crazed" from head to toe on every surface! The belt buckle wear came easy after that.

@RoyRogers_HTMS Guitar was in travel for a while in significantly cold weather and then immediately opened in a warm room. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Ramedog61 @miradasurfs A 1967 Princeton!?.. with original speaker!? That's a very nice amp. How do the two compare dry?

@miradasurfs I actually have a "like new" 1967 Princeton as well. It doesn't have spring reverb or vibrato so I don't use it much for anything else aside from recording. It also isn't properly bonded or grounded yet.

Treasure hunting at Mike's Music. I now own the one on the floor to your left of the chair. It turned out to be a top three amp for me. #1 Recording amp.

@Ramedog61 Thanks Big Jim. I bought it privately so I don't know anything about it yet other than it plays and sounds like no other tele I've had. There a serial number on the back I'll look into. When I change the strings I'll pull the neck and have a look. It has a chambered body.. Ash??

@SeanBrisson Wow, Sean! What a stunner! I like how the stop tail piece is set back from the bridge. That should make it easier to play, especially bends. Congrats, that’s a cool Guitar. Is the luthier local to you?
