A get round today at Cicle Classic, was in bunch at 100miles when an untimely puncture and slow change meant I was chasing for the final 25miles. A great experience and my first foreign national! @PedalPotential

Lessons learnt at Simon Hook memorial Nat B today: 2 gels is not enough for a 3 hour race. Was in a 3 man break for 2 hours until the gas ran out, dropped from the break, dropped from the bunch.....and a 50w grovel back to HQ @PedalPotential @UoNSCC

BUCS 10 mile TT champs today, decent ride for a 19:56 and we won the team prize. quality day out and hopefully we can replicate at the 25 in 2 weeks time @UoNSCC @UoNSport @PedalPotential
