@ChrisDay10 @campbellclaret Well, the airport stradles France and Switzerland and UK travellers to France could exit on the French side without long queuing or checks if the UK was still in the EU. Brits have lost this benefit, along with free mobile roaming, lower charges on card payments & other benefits.

@campbellclaret You do realise Geneva airport is in Switzerland and therefore is NOT an EU country.
I'm sure flights from the US are subject to similar queues.
As well as flights from other non EU countries.

@CliveTheBike @antdea @DeborahMeaden Switzerland is not in the EU but has been a member of the EU established Schengen area since 2008. sem.admin.ch/sem/en/home/th…. Also, Geneva airport serves Switzerland on one side, and France/EU on the other. UK citizens must go through extra checks/stamps now due to non-EU status.

@DrGloomReborn @andrewf09229596 @mikegalsworthy @pritipatel In Belgium you could only easily do that license swap before Brexit. It was part of the freedom of movement deal that came with eu membership. Like so many other benefits, it ended with Brexit.
