Today, we honor Sen. John Lovick from Washington’s 44th Legislative District. Sen. Lovick has dedicated his entire career to public service. Ranging from law enforcement, military service, and numerous elected positions.

Today, members of the Ways & Means committee are honoring Senator Van De Wege's last Ways meeting by all dressing like him. The sweater game is strong this morning.

Today in #waleg: Senate Republicans arguing on the floor this morning that they should be allowed to marry 17 year olds. For some reason, Senator Jeff Holy voted no on banning child marriage. #UnsafeWA
