@marksandspencer I have been trying to return an online order to my local food store all week. Am I able to take it to a till in one of the department stores for a refund? I also have one item from a separate order that I need to return, but online it says ready to collect.

@NEUnion can someone please clarify for me how moving up the pay scale is calculated? Our PDR is finalised in October. I have moved up the pay scale in my December pay, is it meant to be backdated to September?

@NeilRH1974 @ScottPughsley It’s 13 weeks actually, usually more if you teach in a private school. We have massive shortages in lots of subjects if you’re interested getintoteaching.education.gov.uk

People who aren’t teachers just don’t understand how truly exhausting a full days teaching is.
