@BaetIIDX There's an official translation of it! When Limited Run has released the Switch edition of the game in English they translated the gamebook. Here are some photos of it. If you want I can't take photos of the rest later

@chibiriceballs1 based 👍 This game is difficult to install on modern pcs but we've a way to do it on the Tactics server if you've issues with it 😄

Guess if I have any VNs that I really wanna try out by the end of next year, these four games IN PARTICULAR are the ones that stick out on my list :x

Finished Chiaki's route
My opinion on Chiaki fluctuated throughout the course of this route, at first, I liked then I hated her and by the end of it, I didn't know how to feel about her
I think she's written phenomenally and the twists that this route had left me hooked

Loopers Plus finished, it completely replaces the original. The script is 60% bigger, every character is more developed, we spend more time in the loop and it has a more believable romance between the main characters.

@ArchivistRyan Interesting, I've not noticed that. I've reread the Steam edition alongside Plus and noticed that it has an annoying bug at the end of the game where you can completely skip a big part of the text if you click during the forced autoread sequences, it's fixed in Plus thankfully.

@Sep7_Chill Yeah from what I've seen it seems to be an easy replacement narrative wise. Though sadly it seems there were some odd technical downgrades. Or well their choices they made for more modern Keynetics ended up making their way into PLUS.

Since it's been twenty years since Tomoyo After was released, it's interesting to reflect on it.
Tomoyo After is a very intriguing work, due to being KEY's FIRST voiced VN, prior to TA, no VN they produced had voices. Furthermore, it also featured Shinji Orito's second VN OP too

Unless I'm mistaken, this is the only publicly available image online of Shinji Orito, Naoki Hisaya and Jun Maeda in a single picture. Absolute legends of visual novels and modern storytelling/music.

While I'm on LOOPERS here's a fun thing to share. Ritapon is probably inspired from Mikipon since they're both artists, their full pen names are almost identical and Ryuukishi is a big Key fan. I've commissioned Mikipon to draw the character and this was the cute result! #LOOPERS

@Sep7_Chill I have been meaning to read Hibiki no Mahou since the past decade, always was on the verge of reading it, but somehow never did. Since it's small, may just read it this year :D

KEY Manga vers. should NEVER be read before reading the VNs, but they're always a good bonus for the beautiful illustrations after you experience a work.
The only KEY manga I had read end-to-end was the AIR manga after reading the VN back in the day.
