This type of mental illness is on the street everywhere. For the last 2.5 years, I have been working downtown YYJ on the streets. I have dealt with many of these types. On Feb 13th, while chalking the tire of a car (doordash driver) in a 3 min zone, the driver tried to run me over and threatened to kill me. I have not returned to work since, i am not paid and nobody cares about my life being threatened.

This is the type of person that should be committed. This is not regular mental illness. This is a guy that receives commands. He will probably end up burning something down if he hasn’t already.
