Kennedy: I don't think our criminal justice system should be politicized. I wish that President Obama had talked to AG Garland, and President Biden. They prosecuted a former president. He was a candidate running against Garland’s boss.
But just because someone is prosecuted, who is your political opponent, doesn't necessarily mean that they shouldn't be prosecuted if they committed a crime and that's why god made federal judges.
