Even OTP delivery systems don't feel safe anymore. I ordered 5 items from Myntra. Received 4, and was waiting for the 5th one for days. When I checked the status of that item, it showed "Delivered". No call. No message. No OTP verification. Myntra usually asks for an OTP, but this time there was nothing. I checked with neighbors and in my colony, no one received the package. Contacted Myntra support, and they initially said they'd look into it….and then just went silent and ghosted me. Now I'm left with no order and no refund.
