I am unable to unlock the keyless chuck, @SilverlineTools , even applying a ratchet spanner plus the auxiliary handle. Any suggestions, as I was hoping to do some DIY with the 710W Hammer Drill today ...

@SilverlineTools I purchased a 130w detail sander recently, from B&M. I cannot register for guarantee as receipt is lost. The tabs on dust extractor attachment have broken in first use, they have worn down!!! Can I get a replacement? Thank you

@SilverlineTools who's bright idea was it to glue the tool label on to the tool? After 20 minutes if hot water, scrubbing and other remedies I'm still left with blue smeared across your trowel 👏👏🤨
