@SimbaSleep hi, we purchased a simba hybrid pro through Very late last year and we are really not sleeping well on it. We have followed all of the instructions regarding turning etc but it is just way too soft for us. Can you help us return under the 200 night trail please

The slat spacing is part of our guarantee because wider gaps can affect how the mattress wears over time, but a dip after 5 months is still frustrating and John Lewis should be looking into this.
