CHEMOTHERAPY: Over $100K a year. Extends survival by a few months… or shortens it. Destroys the body. IVERMECTIN + MEBENDAZOLE: Few grand a year or less. 84.4% clinical benefit in first real-world cancer study. Doesn’t destroy the body. Why is this not front-page news?
Nicolas Hulscher, MPH@NicHulscher

🚨BREAKING: Largest Real-World Study of Ivermectin + Mebendazole in Cancer Patients Shows 84.4% Clinical Benefit — Nearly HALF Report Cancer Disappearance or Tumor Regression After just 6 months, 48.4% of cancer patients taking ivermectin and mebendazole reported NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE (32.8%) or tumor regression (15.6%), while 36.1% reported disease stabilization⬇️ We have completed the largest real-world human analysis to date evaluating ivermectin and mebendazole in cancer patients—and the results represent one of the most compelling clinical signals ever documented for repurposed anti-parasitic therapies in oncology. The groundbreaking analysis was made possible through a unique collaboration between The Wellness Company, the McCullough Foundation, and the Chairman of the President’s Cancer Panel (Dr. Harvey Risch)—uniting real-world clinical data, frontline medical experience, and high-level epidemiologic expertise to deliver urgently needed insights in oncology. This was a real-world prospective clinical program evaluation of 197 cancer patients, with 122 completing a follow-up survey at about six months (61.9% response rate). Cancer patients were prescribed compounded ivermectin–mebendazole, with each capsule containing 25 mg ivermectin and 250 mg mebendazole—most commonly taken at 1–2 capsules per day. The cohort represented a clinically relevant population, including a wide variety cancer types, with 37.1% of patients reporting actively progressing disease at baseline and many having already undergone chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. At six months, 84.4% of cancer patients reported clinical benefit (Clinical Benefit Ratio: 84.4% [95% CI: 77.0–89.8%]): ✅ 32.8% reported no evidence of disease (95% CI: 25.1–41.5%) ✅ 15.6% reported tumor regression (95% CI: 10.2–23.0%) ✅ 36.1% reported stable disease (95% CI: 28.1–44.9%) Treatment adherence was high, with 86.9% completing the full protocol and 66.4% remaining on therapy at six months. The regimen was well tolerated, with 25.4% reporting side effects, primarily mild and gastrointestinal, and over 93% continuing treatment despite these events. Patients were treated in real-world conditions alongside concurrent therapies, including chemotherapy (27.9%), radiation (21.3%), surgery (19.7%), supplements (49.2%), and dietary modification (37.7%), supporting use as an adjunctive approach. Together, these findings represent a large, internally consistent real-world clinical signal that supports URGENT further investigation of ivermectin and mebendazole as low-toxicity, adjunctive cancer therapies. Given the strength of the signal observed here, advancing this line of investigation is no longer optional—it is necessary. This is NOT the end. We will continue advancing this work with larger datasets to further define and validate the role of anti-parasitics in cancer outcomes. The manuscript is now available as a preprint on the Zenodo research repository, operated by the European Organization for Nuclear Research, while undergoing peer review at leading oncology journals: “Real-World Clinical Outcomes of Ivermectin and Mebendazole in Cancer Patients: Results from a Prospective Observational Cohort.” @twc_health @McCulloughFund @P_McCulloughMD @DrHarveyRisch @DrKellyVictory @jathorpmfm @drdrew @PeterGillooly @FosterCoulson

Very revealing that the president of the European Commission is now openly casting NATO-allied Turkey as a threat to Europe on par with Russia and China.

There was an excellent programme on about the destruction caused by renewables on Sunday night. Well worth watching. The link is in comments. The double standards in this country when it comes to environmental protection is horrendous. If a farmer did this kind of damage they would be in jail, yet renewable companies need very little permitting to cause this kind of destruction. When I was a Senator I wrote to all State Environment Ministers requesting that renewable projects put down an environmental bond to cover rehabilitation costs for the damage they cause. Needless to say none of them agreed to that idea. And it looks like Labor is slowly back tracking on their ambitious goals as well. Bit too late to save our economy or energy grid now though isn’t it! ••••••••••••••••••••••••• “Labor has dropped references to its 82 per cent renewables target in a preliminary draft of the national policy platform it will take to the next election due in 2028, but is vowing to use wind and solar power to bring down electricity prices and reindustrialise Australia while blaming coal for grid unreliability. Labor sources are playing down the omission of its goal of 82 per cent by 2030 in the draft, declaring the party remained committed to the target and it was covered in a broader reference to "ambitious and achievable 2030 and 2035 targets".

Labour's electric car plans have faced fresh criticism after the UK's truck industry warned that electric HGVs are far more expensive than traditional diesel models. Industry leaders have now urged the Government to rethink its approach, calling for a more flexible, "technology-neutral" strategy instead of pushing ahead with strict electric-only goals. #CostOfNetZero

Department of War 🇺🇸
Overnight, U.S. forces conducted a right-of-visit, maritime interdiction and boarding of the stateless sanctioned M/T Tifani without incident in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.

As we have made clear, we will pursue global maritime enforcement efforts to disrupt illicit networks and interdict sanctioned vessels providing material support to Iran—anywhere they operate.

International waters are not a refuge for sanctioned vessels. The Department of War will continue to deny illicit actors and their vessels freedom of maneuver in the maritime domain.

🚨 SUMMARY: Olly Robbins' evidence to the Foreign Affairs Committee - No 10 applied "constant pressure" on the Foreign Office to approve Peter Mandelson’s appointment, showing little interest in vetting - the message was to "get this done" before Donald Trump's inauguration - The Cabinet Office argued Mandelson didn’t need vetting but the Foreign Office insisted that he did - There was "constant chasing" from Keir Starmer’s private office during the time Mandelson was being vetted, such as "when is this done?" - he says it was a matter of "when, not if" - Criticised Starmer’s judgement in appointing Mandelson, saying he "regrets" that the "serious reputational risks" identified in the due diligence “didn't colour the PM's judgement” - He was "quite uncomfortable" being told by No 10 to "find" an ambassadorship for then comms director Matthew Doyle, who was recently suspended from Labour over his links to a paedophile, without informing then Foreign Secretary David Lammy - He raised concerns about Doyle’s credentials and the idea was dropped. He later revealed No 10 suggested a US post for Doyle, which would have posed a conflict of interest as Doyle had been the one who was "satisfied" with Mandelson’s vetting answers - After Mandelson was sacked as US ambassador, Robbins requested full vetting documents but was denied access following discussions between the Foreign Office and Cabinet Office on national security grounds. It suggests senior officials knew Robbins had concerns about the vetting process and why therefore the PM’s team did not probe more deeply - The vetting team reportedly "ticked the red box" - an explicit recommendation not to approve Mandelson - but Robbins says he was not shown that conclusion and recalls being told it was "borderline" and "leaning towards recommending against", while being advised the risks could be mitigated - Robbins contradicted Starmer’s claim he would have blocked the appointment if aware of vetting concerns, saying it would have been "very difficult" given the role had already been announced and agreed with the US - He also revealed US approval for Mandelson as ambassador came before security clearance and "was delivered, … technically, just, by one working day, by the Biden administration" - He added that blocking Mandelson at that stage could have "damaged US-UK relations" and caused issues with Donald Trump’s administration - He concluded that he doesn't "fully understand" why he was sacked by Keir Starmer and suggested he would sue the Government as part of a "separate process" he couldn't go into - "I am desperately, desperately sad about it. I loved that job. I loved that institution... it's been the proudest part of my career... I wish I could still be with them"

This represents a fundamental misunderstanding of how electricity bills are formed and will make very little difference to what people pay It does however risk early exit of the old nuclear fleet (AGRs) which is very unhelpful for security of supply The only real lever here is moving RO assets onto CfDs. That doesn’t “break the gas link”- gas still sets the marginal price. It just replaces (power price + ROC) with a fixed strike and claws back inframarginal rents Which sets up a potential fight with renewable generators on the legacy RO scheme @Ed_Miliband wants to move them on to CfDs. They will want to protect their economics ChatGPT estimates the strikes would need to be (in £2024) Onshore wind - £145-170/MWh Offshore wind - £180+/MWh Solar - £140–170/MWh These are much higher than AR7. Double in some cases Will Miliband try to push them down to current levels or will he agree to price at their historic cost levels. He might offer 20 year CfFs to lower the strike... ... but this strips out merchant upside and assumes lower discount rates post-intervention. And many assets don’t actually have 20 years of credible life without significant reinvestment At that point it’s not reform, it’s repricing legacy assets under the cover of contract length gov.uk/government/new…
