We apologise massively for the recent delays in our payouts. I'm happy to announce that all pending payouts have been sent. If you haven't received your funds via SkinWallet instant, please open a ticket through our on-site support system. We're happy to help.

We're aware that Skinwallet payouts are still taking longer than usual, and we apologise for this. Right now, skinwallet version 2.0 ( a complete rebuild of the website ) is being created and is set to be complete this summer. For those wondering, payouts are still working however they are delayed & the SkinWallet marketplace has been paused for maintenance on purpose as we can not guarantee full functionality of that feature. If you are encountering any issues with the website, please open a ticket on-site. We appreciate your patience.

Our payout systems and support systems are now coming back online. If you require any support, please open a ticket via intercom on-site by clicking the chat button in the bottom-right hand side of the screen.

Quick update: 1) Skinwallet Market is up again. We have disabled payin/payout methods while we work to integrate the new providers. 2) Skinwallet Instant is also up now, currently only supporting PayPal cashouts, but will be integrating more soon.

@MorningstarXVI @Skinswapcom As the Thread mentions, we will be spending a few days fixing up Skinwallet, and then service as usual will resume. If you have money on-site, you will be able to withdraw it as normal.

@Skinwalletcom @Skinswapcom nice, so all of the people waiting months for a 72 hour payout will have to go through another site to get their thousands of dollars?

[3/3] We will also be moving over to an on-site support system over the coming days, so we will be directing all users contacting support via old avenues to the onsite support once it's live. We appreciate your patience, and look forward to seeing you at Skinwallet!

[2/3] The site will have very limited functionality until the end of the week, while we work on bringing the site back online. Any user balances or user items that were on site prior to us taking over will be serviced, so no users will lose any money.

@Skinwalletcom my Mail gets flooded with "You sold an Item" mails. It's always the same item & Mail. I have received that Mail 13 Times in a span of 1 Hour.
