#tocconreal Option was to stop authors from being able to comment on any reviews. Comm manager said +90% were positive interactions

#tocconreal OC: tell authors if they get 1 star review, don't engage with reviewer. Bad idea, nothing good comes of it.

#tocconreal OC: every once in awhile we get an author and reader who disagree. Sometimes they have nasty comment flame.
