This is getting serious real fast.
Right after those two backpacks full of explosives were found just meters from the pipeline in Serbia, now Hungary is putting the whole section under heavy military guard.
Glad you're not taking any chances with our energy security. These kind of threats are exactly why we can't play games right now.

@malball @jcash3485 @fasc1nate No, it's because witnesses are famously unreliable and someone who has been robbed and sees someone even looking vaguely familiar will most likely identify that person as the robber. There are literally thousands of such cases where people looked far less alike than in this one

Richard A. Jones was picked out of a lineup of potential robbers 20 years ago.
He was 25 at the time and had two daughters.
The problem? He didn’t commit the crime.
Incredibly, he met a man in prison who was nearly identical in appearance to him and also had the same first name. Inmates kept confusing the two for each other.

It turned out Amos was the one who actually committed the robberies. Richard spent 19 years behind bars for a crime he didn’t commit.

saw another kitty in the mirror and was so brave
inspected the bedroom

his eyes are all clear now (yesterday they were almost matted shut) but the baby nose is still dry and crusty
antibiotics are definitely working
needs more sleep 😴
i walked in while kitty was drinking and no running in fear so yay
this is kitty safely back in the carrier

18-year-old Kazakh player Alua Nurman asked for a photo before the game — Carlsen agreed and smiled for the shot.
Right after that, he called the arbiter, and her phone was taken away: devices are banned during games to prevent any hint of cheating.
Nurman later called the situation “comical” and thanked him for the selfie.
