Unpopular opinion: retirement should be 50, not 65. People spend their best years working nonstop, stressed, exhausted, barely seeing life. Then when they’re finally free, their energy is gone. That never made sense to me. Life shouldn’t be lived only after you’re worn out.

Let’s have this chat again. We’re told that fuel for aeroplane flights is stored in the wings. I have always found this very hard to believe. Yesterday, I stood next to a Ryanair plane and took a photo of one of the wings. They’re very slim. Surely, if they were full of fuel, they’d be weighed down and snap off. Also, would enough fuel fit in to last on a long haul flight? And one last thing, when planes crash, why do we never see fuel pouring out of the wings? Have a look at my photo and tell me you don’t ask the same questions.

@salvagingyouth Having the maximum tax amount taken out “so you can have a bigger return” year end merely gives the government a tax-free loan. In the mean time, they use that money to effectively reduce the value of your dollars through inflation by the time u get it back. Don’t feed the Fed$.
