Update to this month Been allocating most of my time to sourcing, one mistake I did last year was take a step back and clear out stock which ended up being a bad decision How is everyone else's sourcing going?

End of January is approaching, turnover at S2S matching 2025 Q4 numbers and most parcels are still leaving the same day, no change, no difference. Constant looking toward the next Q4 and how we can make the best time for sellers, the easiest time for sellers. Planning doesn’t start in Q3, planning starts now.

We’ve been partnered with Aftermarket Arbitrage for over a year now and they went to an expo recently, to spread the word!

Q1 running super close to where we were in Q4. We’re not slowing down any time soon and new intakes is at an all time. Time to invest in people, invest in infrastructure and invest in our processes to ensure a fantastic year ahead of us. Join a prep centre with their finger constantly on the button!

For those who are not doing this: Start tracking all your purchases on a spreadsheet, it's much easier to track missing units, as Amazon sellers we purchase so much it is difficult to know what gets delivered and what doesn't. Also knowing how much your spending on inventory helps
