Again, these are old alleged rumors from when the system was being developed. These came around the same time as the "triple phase" banner rumors. Hopefully we get more details soon. - IT

We cannot confirm this ourselves, which is why I'm posting here instead of the main account, but one of the very old (pre-4.0) rumors about this banner system is that it's regional. For instance, a Mondstadt banner would have characters like Eula, Klee, Albedo in the pool. - IT

Not accusing anyone. If it's real, it's low-quality artwork that will be polished before release. If it's AI, it's an elaborate fake leak. Just throwing out the possibility because his hands and the outlines on CR's hair are quite bad, low-res or not. - IT
