Junior @bene11iott is another player who has made significant strength improvements since last year. A tremendous skill set defensively Ben has a chance to be really, really good.

So true. Every parent should approach youth sports as if will not lead anywhere. If it could just be now, what would you want your child to get out of it? Learn resilience, to be a better teammate, to have fun? This will lead the experience to be the most rewarding one.

HS players: Harsh reality, but college coaches don’t want to see you bat flip, stick your “sword” in it’s sheath, or cuss at the other dugout. We want to see you play hard and respect the game. The quickest way to get beat in college baseball is by trying to look cool.
