
@SELondonICS please be aware of this mess that we have not had any help with. Not impressed! It is causing huge issues for clinical and admin staff and we have been left to fend for ourselves. This is a patient accident waiting to happen and unsustainable.

4 days of non functioning @EMISHealth. Can’t write into clinical notes and repeated system crashes in the run up to Xmas. Zero response. Absolutely appalling customer service but that is what you get from monopoly provider. I have little hair left but whatever I had is now gone
