Third graders visited the “prairie” today as they built background knowledge for their new novel, Sarah Plain and Tall. Students made bread in literacy, butter in science, and measured the distance from Maine to the Prairie in math. #SESstandOUT #GreenbrierProud

5th graders learned a new root in word study: hyper! Students created their own superhero based on what they learned about the meaning of hyper.🦸 #SESstandOUT #GreenbrierProud

We had a fantastic turnout for Watch D.O.G.S. Pizza Night! We passed out 450 pieces of pizza and talked about all the ways they can get involved during a school day. Dads even learned how to play Kahoot!Dads truly are HEROES!🦸‍♂️ #SESstandOUT #GreenbrierProud #watchdogdads
