Stoke-on-Trent College learner Sovaia Rokotoro is North Stoke’s November Leader of the Month, shining at Sportshall Athletics and Partnership Games events as a volunteer coach. Qualifications as an official in Table Cricket, Dodgeball and Basketball are coming next.

Hera Anslow from St Margaret Ward is North Stoke’s December Leader of the Month, celebrating the excellent year she has had as the area’s Girls Football Gamechanger. Hera has championed the sport on the curriculum and at lunchtimes. Go Stoke Lioness!

Great to welcome 12 teams from local primary schools to @TrenthamAcademy for the South Stoke School Games inclusive Sport4all festival. Our year 8 sports leaders did a great job leading goalball, new age kurling, seated volleyball and boccia activities. #schoolGames

Congratulations to Ryan from the Discovery Academy who was nominated as sports leader of the month for South Stoke, and was also selected as @StaffsSG county sports leader of the month for his efforts at the year 7 Partnership Games- well done.

Fantastic to have 24 schools at the Stoke on Trent Yr5/6 girls football competition last week. Fantastic skills and teamwork shown by all! Well done to Newstead for winning and St Teresa’s for getting to the final. Thank you to @scfc_community for running the event.

Well done to our Girl’s & Boy’s Cross Country teams for their effort at the 1st Tunstall race of the season! It was a tough course at Packmoor & our pupils gave 100% effort. Both teams came 3rd overall with an impressive individual 2nd place for Hannah and 4th for Tommy! 👏🎉🏃‍♀️🏃
