Or spend 5 minutes going thru every option on the screen to finally get it to print. In the last two years of using your product customer service has gotten worse and they never have an answer for the problem. We’re literally on our own to fix our own product and your windows version is absolutely atrocious.

@StampsCom [1/2] I realize that you're marginalizing us longtime @Endicia customers, but your web app is now total garbage. We updated our payment method last month ... and it disappeared this month. Now there's a "Billing Status" screen with nothing on it. And we can't add our card info.
