@EpiklyEpik Engagement-wise I'm leaning on habit surfaces rather than push spam: Live Activity while you're reading, Home Screen widget with your current book, streaks + gentle reminders. The bet is that if the app shows up where your attention already is, opening it stops being a decision.

Built from scratch for iOS 26 – not a web wrapper like most trackers. Native design, Reading Timer with a Live Activity so your session lives on the Lock Screen, a Home Screen widget for what you're currently reading, and gentle reminders to pick the book back up. Your library is cached on device, so it opens instantly. And since reading hasn't been just physical for a long time, I built in an EPUB reader and audiobook player, plus the ability to import your own EPUBs and PDFs alongside your physical books. Tried to make it feel like something Apple would ship.

@EpiklyEpik Honestly, still too few paid subs post-relaunch to call it. Early D7 ~18%, which tells me habit loops matter more than trial mechanics. Streaks + widgets + reminders shipping next. I have the next app update almost ready.
