I don’t remember them putting me in restraints, but I woke up in a psychiatric ward with abrasions around my ankles, a sore neck, and still restrained, so I assume I wasn’t lying still while I was in those restraints

This is not typical me, I haven’t acted out since I was like 12, so I’m a bit thrown off by myself and have been so shaky since this happened

Endred upp cutting too which brought me to ER and then to psychunit, can’t remember a thing since I came to the hospital but think they sticker me up and gave me more blood than normal

it took a lot to get to the point that i could finally ask to see a therapist. its really sad that she kept mentioning stopping therapy cause i said i felt like stuff was generally hopeless
