Happy 69th birthday to me. 2021 weighed 300 lbs & A1C 7.9 put on Metformin diabetes drug. Today at 225 A1C 5.4. Wasn't always consistent in the early days but thanks to following @NjTank99 & @MattPiperJenks I've not missed a day in 2 years and 1 month. It's never too late to try.
