Great to join @CNBCWEX this morning to discuss our ESG legislation. You can't increase returns by adding constraints, and this bill ensures public funds are invested to produce the highest returns possible for Kansas taxpayers.

Earlier this week, the legislation that we have been working on to codify this investment policy became law. Through my roles on the KPERS board and the Pooled Money Investment Board, I will work to make sure this legislation is fully implemented. foxnews.com/politics/kansa…
