I just built this for my grandma. Meet Sam, the first AI caretaker for seniors. Order one of the first 1,000 units (see below).

@KenzieMac_Dev @browserbase Fair point, towards the end of my apartment search I noticed I would immediately say "Just send it to Slack please" instead of waiting for the explanation 😅 I did find an apartment thanks to it though, so hang in there!

@StockmanArthur @browserbase Oooo nice! This is sick! TBH I personally don’t have the patience to listen to a call with info about listings as opposed to reading a list of them 😂 but I still think this is very cool

SF rent is insane. Good listings disappear within hours. So I built a @browserbase Function that wakes up before me, hunts SF apartments on Craigslist, and drops the best listings in my inbox every morning. Here's how I built it 👇

We ported Peter’s (🦞) coding setup to VR/AR at last weekend’s @fdotinc hackathon. We thought @steipete looked too tense in his picture, so we improved his user experience. See thread how it works. Built in 4 hours, teamed up with @mattyhempstead for this one!

How it works: 1. Single Node.js server runs everything: Next.js frontend, headless Chrome, terminals, and voice pipeline 2. Headless Chrome (Puppeteer) renders the desktop UI (terminal panes + iframe browsers), continuously screenshotted and streamed as PNGs over WebSocket to the VR headset. 3. The Quest 3 paints those frames onto a curved floating screen in WebXR and converts controller pointing/clicks into desktop coordinates, forwarded back to Chrome. 4. Headset mic audio is streamed to the server, decoded with ffmpeg, and transcribed by Deepgram’s streaming STT. 5. An LLM (Gemini Flash) interprets the transcripts and creates tool calls: opening terminals, running commands, browsing URLs, and prompting Claude Code sessions 6. Claude Code runs inside the terminals as a regular process Thx for recording @vincentcadler!

The housing market in SF is NUTS. So I made an AI that calls me over the phone as soon as a new listing pops up. First come first serve 🏎️ I opensourced the project (called VoiceCC, MIT license): github.com/ArthurDevel/vo…
