With clear video evidence of the events. The FA Review Panel say the Red cards stands. The referee made the decision based upon his angle of view so they are happy with his decision. £55 FA Fine, and a 4 match ban to go with it

No. I remember @jodybevs78 showing me a video of a Fairford player attempting to back heel the ball and because his studs caught the defender behind the ban was upheld for "violent conduct" 😂😂

and to be fair to the ref, he was 25 yards or so away from the play, looking through at least 3 players trying to figure out what happened in a tangle between 2 players on the floor. Again after the game, he explained our player punched the defender whilst he was on the floor

@lewisscotty3 @SevernSport @TewkesburyTown Well it was… becuase ref says he saw him ‘pin him down and punch him’ and that didn’t happen? He was forced to take the easy decision, due to not keeping up with play.

One of my players as just served a 2 match ban and a £45 fine for calling a opposition player who was running the line a cheating cunt .

@lewisscotty3 @TewkesburyTown Agree with this. You can forgive the referee in real time especially if he is looking around/through bodies. Regarding the appeals process not surprised it wasn't overturned. I've heard some absolute horror stories of clearer appeals being ignored

@Jacko100215 @TewkesburyTown Not clutching at straws, just not letting shit officiating slide. He was sent off for “pinning down and punching”, clearly not the case 😂 And then defenders 2 yard off the line at the point the indirect free kick was taken… it should he retaken… simple as that.

Please do the right thing and take these videos down. You’ve nearly caused enough damage and these edited videos shouldn’t be allowed without consent regardless. You’ve breached an FA safeguarding policy for recording a 16 year old without permission!!

@josh_hemmings 4 home games left this season, before we move to a new purpose built site, which has plenty of grass and no sand. We can live with our sand covered shithole for a bit longer With a bit of luck and results going the right way, you guys might still around to see it 🫡

@josh_hemmings @TewkesburyTown But we did not suggest for one second that it was the clubs fault, or that you could/should have been doing more to improve the condition. Generally speaking it was very good given the time of year and the weather we’ve had. Shame part of it was under water.

@josh_hemmings @TewkesburyTown If the league have decided to take our feedback/queries about a referee, and then turning it into an issue about your pitch, then that’s up to them. Maybe it’s an easier to penalise a club than it is having to deal with officials poor performances. Who knows

@TewkesburyTown The cheek of you to put a complaint into the league about our pitch when you plastered yours in sand earlier in the season! Our pitch has had thousands spent on it and it’s a credit to our club with all the games we’ve managed to keep on in this weather!

@josh_hemmings @TewkesburyTown It was nothing about the quality of the pitch you whopper. In fact the lads said how good most of it was given the time of year. The problem is parts of it were under water and the referee decided to make his own rules up just to get the game on.
