It was such a sentimental night for many reasons. Those finalists and their pros really took care of each other and they were dancing from their hearts. Man, I love the pros too. Seeing them dance in person is just unbelievable. Tess and Claudia… what can you say? I♥️ #Strictly

@JayMcGuiness However, it took me years to absolve myself of this terrible "crime!" I believe I said, "Silly worm, gone and cut himself in half." It was in Year 8 (second year of senior school) biology when I realised I may have even created life!

Me happily digging holes in the garden as a child. (Why did we do this? Distinctly remember my mum almost breaking her ankle and teaching me most of life’s swear words in 15 seconds 😂)

@SophieMcD_ @JayMcGuiness Exactly this! There are so many dance styles, and it twists my brain when people clump them all into the same bag! The techniques are so vastly different. From someone who did ballet, contemporary, ballroom, Latin and gymnastics (which drew on all styles). Rant over.💙

@Stumpy101 @JayMcGuiness He was a member of a very successful hip hop group as a teenager so definitely has dance training but far from Latin and Ballroom
