@SUBWAY your app is failing massively. This time, it actually took my payment, confirmed through my bank, yet put no order in with the store. The store claims they are getting orders fine through the app so why do I keep having issues?

@SUBWAY @SubwayListens Appalling service today. The employee was outright racist, rude, and ignored my order. She refused to toast it (claimed "no machine") and served a freezing cold sub with stale, days-old veggies. Unacceptable. DM me so I can report this location.

@SUBWAY My account keeps saying locked and unable to earn or redeem points, which sucks because I’m currently travelling and stopping at subway for all my meals. 😡
