@SUBWAY I’m reporting an issue with a Subway digital pickup order today (Order #1DEF7AF1-32, Ozone Park, NY). My 12” turkey sub was completely incorrect & items were missing. Very frustrating—couldn’t eat my lunch. Requesting a full refund. Please advise next steps.

@SUBWAY I placed an order yesterday by the app it charged my visa card and I proceeded to the location to pick up my order, the lady behind the counter said she didn't receive it and despite my showing her my app with order placed and my visa charged she stated "I, can't help"

Recieved wrong order from @SUBWAY I'm highly allergic to olives,nd I'm travelling rn..i also asked for no jalapenos and pickles yet I we can see it in my sandwich clearly.. the bread tastes different.. and there is no chicken in my chicken teriyaki.. @zomatocare do sm about it
