Ah yes, the holy land of Tipistan - Where employers pay peanuts, Customers pay guilt, And workers blame the wrong person. You hand me a bill… and then a moral exam? "If you don’t tip 20%, you're a bad human." No. If you can't pay your staff properly, you’re running a charity - not a business. A tip is appreciation. Not a subscription fee to basic service. And to the unpaid brand ambassadors of tipping culture screaming "If you can't tip, don't go out" - Relax. I came to eat food, not to sponsor your country's broken wage system. Generosity isn't mandatory. Entitlement isn't classy. And guilt-tripping customers isn't a culture - it's insecurity with a receipt.

Clear violation of rbi guidelines. You should report this to the rbi banking ombudsman. In this case, Axis Bank can not charge you interest on total due amount, interest can only be charged on the remaining due amount and from due date only (not transaction date). Axis Bank can not charge you any penalty including interest (apr) on due if you pay the bill in full within 3 days after due date. @AxisBank please follow @RBI guidelines

I paid part on 7th and the balance on 10th, but Axis charged debit interest, stating that RBI’s grace period applies only to late fees, not interest. Axis is also going against RBI in calculating interest.
