Sometimes I criticize players like Camavinga when they get injured and people think it’s hate.
You see players like Cristiano and co not getting injured frequently and you think it’s normal, it’s not. You don’t want to know how they take care of their body. Ronaldo works out even after every game, getting massage as well.
Few ways you can avoid it:
i. Control what you take in, what you eat.
ii. Constant workouts, it helps a lot.
ACL injuries are different though, but a lot of other injuries occurs when you don’t take care of your body enough.
