Isolated muscle strength *IS* functional strength!
They should never be the focus of your workout...but don’t be afraid to bust out some bro lifts to end your workout or as supersets.
It’s tough to put on mass without ISO’s and adding muscle mass is hugely protective.

Often times athletes will avoid training overhead in order to protect against injury. However, I believe they’re doing just the opposite. The nature of the sport requires you to be strong and stable overhead. By neglecting to train overhead you’re putting your arm at extreme risk

1) Time limit
2) Distance limit
3) Volume limit
4) Arc limit
