Mr Tandy's lesson today with Y10 included a lovely bit of cross-curricular work with geographic skills as students mapped the area around Dr Jekyll's house. Probably some development needed on straight lines and scaling! Also nothing like what the real Cavendish Square looks!

Friday highlight: Rarely cover for a colleague who was unwell so getting to see other classes in the department thriving.

Update on Y10 trip to 'An Inspector Calls' in November... We currently have around 25 spaces remaining, which have been opened up on Wisepay this morning. Please be aware that payment on Wisepay is what will secure a place on the trip, not the return of the permission slip 1/2

Our Y9 Language Leaders continue their tour around our feeder primaries to teach some MFL lessons. Today they visited @SWRBPS and are already excited to be off to @RustingtonCPS on Friday. Great work from the students, and a huge thanks to Mrs Weager for organising!

An excellent evening talking to our Y11 students and those at home at tonight's progress evening. Celebrating their hard work in their mocks and setting them up for their final few months we us. Great to hear the enthusiasm amongst so many about moving on to @TLASixthForm_

Shall we @TLALibrary? Sure our student librarians would make wonderful book delivery legends for our staff!
