Happy Thanksgiving!! We are so thankful for each and every one of our students and their families. Hoping today is filled with fun, laughter, good food, and lots of good memories!

Region Orchestra has begun! We have 10 incredible students spending the start of their break rehearsing. Already starting to sound good! @HumbleISD_TMS @HumbleISD_Arts

Last night we took students downtown for a concert! We ate a delicious Italian dinner first and then we heard Haydn and Mozart. Was a great time! @HumbleISD @HumbleISD_TMS

It’s our Halloween Social! And we’re starting the costume contest now! @HumbleISD_TMS

We celebrated our students that auditioned for region and congratulated those that made it! Then we took out the region etudes and tore them up! Here’s to another successful region auditions! @HumbleISD_TMS

It’s been an exciting week in orchestra! We enjoyed Fall Break but are so happy to have our students back!! Our beginners have spent the last two days practicing after school to prepare for the concert next Tuesday. They are sounding so good!! @HumbleISD_TMS @HumbleISD_Arts

It may be a Friday morning with an AVID field trip today but we STILL have over 35 students practicing before school in the orchestra room! We love it!! @HumbleISD_TMS

It’s a beautiful afternoon for a game! Happy to be here supporting our @HumbleISD_TMS orchestra students in football, cheer, and dance!!

Today we are being serenaded by our cello teacher, Mrs. Rogers, as she plays for our classes. We love our clinicians coming on Fridays to work with students and share their talents!! @HumbleISD_TMS @HumbleISD_Arts

Tuesday was so great in the orchestra room! Beginning violin and viola players are now working on shoulder position and we had Mrs. Irish visiting to clinic classes - she performed for everyone and helped us with music! @HumbleISD_TMS

Today we rolled out our incentive cart called “The Wagon of Wonders!” Students earn tokens for practicing in the morning, helping others, cleaning up, and assisting. They can use those tokens to buy items from the Wonder Wagon. It was a big hit!! @HumbleISD_TMS
