@Birchy_Steve @David180000 @NoContextEPL Fair enough game of opinions of course. For me it’s a dangerous follow through and therefore a red card but again irrelevant because we won anyway.
English

@TWWHU @David180000 @NoContextEPL It's unfortunate the lad is stood where he is and gets caught - thankfully he's okay. It's unreasonable to expect Pickford to worry about that when he's just trying to save it. If an outfield player does that making a tackle (what those rules are written for) it's different.
English

@TWWHU @David180000 @NoContextEPL If you think that is reckless you might as well just stop keepers diving for the ball in case any poor little soul happens to be anywhere near them.
English

@Birchy_Steve @David180000 @NoContextEPL The rule I sent you has no mention of it being deliberate or not. It was reckless however.
English

@TWWHU @David180000 @NoContextEPL Sometimes legs can get broken and sometimes they don't. It's a sport. It happens. It's not serious foul play (deliberate) or excessive force (reckless). He makes the save and catches the lad on his follow through.
I agree that the debate is pointless. It's over with.
English

@Birchy_Steve @David180000 @NoContextEPL It’s irrelevant mate. He could have broke Tatys leg. Pointless debate anyway, nether penalties were given and we won.
English

@TWWHU @David180000 @NoContextEPL How is he supposed to judge making the save and where his foot lands in the split second he has to react to that situation to prevent the shot from going in?
English

@Birchy_Steve @David180000 @NoContextEPL Keepers can throw themselves and the ball but they can’t land stud first on a players ankle. It’s serious foul play, a red card and a penalty.
English

@TWWHU @David180000 @NoContextEPL What are we even doing here if keepers can't throw themselves at a ball in a last-ditch attempt to stop a goal? It's a contact sport and it's an unfortunate situation. Shit happens sometimes.
English

@NoContextEPL Yeah, let’s not show the part of the video where he actually saves the shot which stops it going in.
Literally a natural follow through when he’s come out
English

It's not a tackle he's jumped out spread his body saved the ball then accidentally landed on him.

Horrible tackle this. It’s a potential leg breaker. 👀
English

@footyinsider247 @HACKETTREF Should have been a penalty too. Yet Everton fans moan about a handball 🤡

🟥 '𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐔𝐒 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲!' - Ex-PGMOL chief @HACKETTREF says Everton's Jordan Pickford should've been sent off vs West Ham

@Spurspapers We’ve lost 3 games since Jan but now we’re gonna loose 3 in a row?
English

You can argue this (even though Pickford has flown with momentum within a tiny space to try and save a shot) which by the way, he’s not even looking at the player… but can argue. The Fernandes one has NO ARGUMENT. 😂 stop comparing lol. It’s stupid.
West Ham News@WHUFC_News
All I’m seeing is Spurs fans crying about the Fernandes handball when we didn’t get a clear as day penalty for this or Disasi being shoved over?
English

Horrible tackle this. It’s a potential leg breaker. 👀

Woah...this angle... @FA_PGMOL @FA Ban incoming for Pickford? Look at that nasty lunge into Taty's ankle
English

Only just seen this, that’s a stonewall pen no?
I saw the one for Everton that wasn’t given which I thought should have been, but so should this. Clamps him bad there

Finally found the clip! Is he also going to show them Pickford assaulting our striker in plain sight? Swings and roundabouts Angus my man.
English

@notpaul1985x I was someone calling for him to be replaced in our starting 11. Never been more wrong in my life.
English

@Warren226635594 @mcclure1878 Yep both this and the handball should have been penalty kicks. However both teams scored shortly after so I don’t think it would have affected the result much.
English

@TWWHU @mcclure1878 In fairness he got the ball… but agreed, the follow through for me IS a red card
English

@Elliot_6h @WestHam_Central @mikeparry8 This is a pen and a straight red. You lost fair and square. Get over it.
English

@WestHam_Central This is gonna make some of these Everton fans in the comments look silly...
