Not a policy. Not a program. Just us paying attention to the fans who show up for us the way we try to show up for them.
Real fans telling real fans. No algorithm can touch that.
Every sticker that lands on a toolbox, a laptop, a water bottle, that’s a Bears fan who found us because another Bears fan said something.

That’s the whole thing.
We’re not a big brand. We’re one guy making fan stuff for other fans. And the people who help spread that? We take care of them.
