Okay so played Stadium Quick Play since there were claims that you "can earn" Competitive Points in that mode and I can confirm this is NOT THE CASE.

The award for Least Skins for a New Hero goes to... HAZARD!
Hazard was released in Season 14, which toes the line between 2024 and 2025- but anyways. He has seen only 2 Legendary skins in 2025, with his 3rd coming in early 2026. A sad amount considering the heroes that followed.
