Now imagine someone doing all of these. 1. Minting NFTs with assets purchased from a store 2. Using copyrighted music 3. Using quotations without crediting the authors. Well, in this case, what is the artist producing? What type of collage art is this?

How about when the artist uses quotes taken from books as descriptions for their NFTs without even giving credit to the author? Is that considered plagiarism and copyright infringement?

In addition, when someone uses copyrighted music they just downloaded somewhere, is that a copyright violation?
