@KaizzeNSFW I'll make an in depth explanation later, but it's all handled by deformers using the Apply 3D Rotation Expression menu! Here's a better look at the deformers and meshes:

@TeaGray_CG So a layer for the highlights I understand but I don't understand how the pupil and iris has the effect unless that's just the deformation talking?

@vikotheghost I saw it right before I posted it and thought I was going crazy or recorded it wrong, I'm glad others can see that too!!
