@TeaPapi not really, a lot of us just admired their branding and found it unique haha. Anyway, only the colour palette seems similar to this brand, the mood and vibe of both seem v different

Finished my first 21K half marathon today, it would not have been possible all thanks to my friends who pushed me to finish it. The last 4 odd kms I was getting cramps but my friends stayed with me and made me finish it. Remember #HealthIsWealth 2 years ago I couldn’t even run half km properly.

@aakancvedi I wish Anime were given a lot more spotlight, all we got (2000s) was dbz, naruto and few here and there that I don't remember. One piece came a bit later if I'm not wrong.

Most entertainment in India (like most places in the world) was imported from the US. For decades, no one could beat the US’s domination, but somehow in the early 2000s Japan took over children’s entertainment in India When I realised this sometime ago, I had two big questions, first of course, how did they beat US to this, and second, of all the countries in the world, how come Japanese cartoons caught on in India? Answer was very simple, Indian TV networks needed to fill hours and hours of children’s programming every day but American kids’ content licences were very very expensive, episode counts were limited, and branding rules were tight (like you could not give advertisement slot to xyz during cartoon abc cause abc’s parent company is in competition with xyz) The ad revenue simply wouldn’t justify the hassle So Indian networks looked for kids entertainment from across the world, but nothing made sense, stories and cultures were too difficult to translate to an indian audience But then they came across Japanese studios like Toei, Shin-Ei, TV Toky, etc. They sold massive episode libraries at low cost and made shows about routine activities that were very relatable for an Indian kid, say for example going to school, hanging out with friends, small everyday challenges and lessons from them, etc which made them ridiculously easy to dub and present to an Indian audience This went on for sometime, until early 2010s when Indian studios started creating stronger IPs that caught on and closed the era of Japanese cartoons

Why the hell are we still importing keyboards? Anyone want to team up to manufacture keyboards in Bharat, reach out please. We can figure out how to make them, if you can sell in volumes. Let’s partner up.

I started closing 30% more brand identity deals after adding one small thing to my offer. I saw the same pattern again and again. Strong launch, then a month later the feed looks like random Canva posts. Founders and teams do not want to learn design tools, they still need fresh graphics and a consistent brand voice every week. So I add one deliverable. A Midjourney moodboard based on the chosen brand direction, plus tested prompts and a simple step by step guide for photos or illustrations. Clients follow the recipe and every new post still feels on brand. Do not leave clients guessing how to use a brand system. Give simple, clear tools and they will keep the brand alive long after the project ends.
