@Techlifer Following your advice I used Avast uninstaller but not in safe mode and it removed everything. Thank you.

.@Techlifer I accidentally installed #Avast, which I didn't want. I used IObit uninstaller to remove, but it stayed and took control. I used company's own uninstaller in safe mode but it disconnected me from internet. Doesn't allow me to delete from registry. Ideas please?
