I don’t get why his testimonies always sound like one person must fall for another to rise. If a business succeeds, fine celebrate that. But adding that the former boss became an employee feels unnecessary. Success shouldn’t look like someone else’s loss. Can’t we just share progress without turning it into comparison or competition?
