It was 69% in 2003 because results were written. Worst election in Nigeria's history. We've always struggled with voter apathy, it's just more obvious now cos of accreditation which makes it harder to write fallacious results.

Voter turnout at the last elections was 26.7%. In 2003, it was 69%. This thing is not impossible. I know there are states/areas where voting will be harder than others, let’s not drop the ball for others. Your future is worth fighting for & we have a worthy candidate (very rare)

@chinasa_anukam My point is that results were written largely, and the voter turnout was a hoax. There were never that many voters turning out for the election.
