The results of the #MIPIM Awards 2026 have been announced, with five projects designed by teams featuring Tenderstream member firms taking the top slots across six categories. tenderstream.com/projects/artic…

This 10-mile twin-bore project represents a landmark integration of high-speed infrastructure, blending into the Chilterns landscape. At each end, the tracks are covered by a pair of portal structures that extend the tunnels into open air.

Construction of the Chiltern Tunnel - the longest structure on the HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd route - is now complete. Designed by Tenderstream member Grimshaw alongside engineers Jacobs and Rendel Ingerop Pty Ltd as part of Align JV.

Tenderstream member AL_A is set to design the UK’s first Fusion Powerplant, at West Burton in Nottinghamshire. AL_A Architects is part of the ILIOS consortium led by a joint venture between Kier and Nuvia, and supported by AECOM, and Turner & Townsend.

Designed by Tenderstream member Snøhetta in partnership with Blight Rayner Architecture, the new 1,500 seat Glasshouse Theatre has established the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) in Brisbane as Australia’s largest such venue under one roof. tenderstream.com/projects/artic…

Finally, another project was a finalist in the Publicly Accessible Buildings (Under 10,000 sqm) category for Jacob's Pillow Doris Duke Theatre, Massachusetts, USA.

It took Gold in the Future Projects, Transport category for Ede-Wageningen Train Station, The Netherlands. The practice also secured Silver in the Future Projects, Education category for the Lawson Centre for Sustainability, Toronto, Canada.

Tenderstream member PETITDIDIERPRIOUX Architectes and has been selected as part of a consortium to redevelop the former SNCF factories in Oullins-La Saulaie, Lyon. The area is being transformed from an industrial wasteland into a mixed-use neighborhood by 2033.
