It's crazy how much better restaurants in America have gotten in the past two decades. This is at a small rustic-cabins lodge up at 7,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada, and not on the main tourist routes. 20 years ago, probably just burgers, pizza, soggy sandwiches, chicken parm.

They should stop letting hacks translate their games with garbage "ye olde" speak or faux british nonsense while "punching up" the dialogue. 99% of the reason the west thinks JRPGs are cheesy is because they have wannabe writer clowns doing the translations.

I'm so disappointed in the difference between the Japanese Nintendo Direct and the English one. They left out most of the JRPGs from the English version. Like what the heck. This trend is scary, because it means that Japan thinks that JRPGs do not sell well in English speaking countries. And it may disencourage small JRPG producers from localizing their games. 😔

Some people criticize the FF7R trilogy for being just that, a trilogy. "Why can't it be just one game?" "The original was one game" Dude the original had character models made up of like 20 polygons and the world was a collection of JPEGs You want full 3D it takes time & money

Did you know the TV show “To Catch a Predator” was cancelled because they kept catching law enforcement, teachers, preachers, local officials, and other people who were supposed to protect children?
The final straw? An Assistant District Attorney in Texas was courting who he thought was a 13-year-old boy. He didn’t show for the sting, so they sent law enforcement and the camera crew to his home. The police entered, and Louis Conradt shot himself, taking his own life.
