Spent today designing the database schema for the LMS I'm building
Here's what I mapped out:
โ LearnerProfile model
โ Enrollment model (tracks progress, completion)
โ Country, State, City as separate models (soft delete > hard delete)

When you start getting comfortable, then you can decide on any frame work, most of the work perfectly, it's you that decide but I could recommend though
