@RufusFirefly24 @ethan_iverson A dichotomy of Elvin/Joe Chambers as well. The first couple of records, perhaps at Blue Note's behest, go for a Coltrane thing with Elvin and McCoy and then once he joins Miles' band, morphs to Herbie, Ron and Joe Chambers with a few exceptions here and there...

@ethan_iverson Do you find yourself breaking Wayne’s Blue Note records down into a dichotomy of McCoy/Herbie? I really tend to prefer the Herbie ones although Soothsayer is a favorite.

So many great Wayne records…but when pushed to the wall, I’d select JUJU as my favorite
